- Step 1 (Aug. 12) - Train All Staff – Master MI fundamentals and practical applications across various domains.
- Step 2 (Aug. 13) - Train Supervisors & In-House Trainers – Develop coaching techniques that reinforce MI skills and drive consistent improvement.
- Step 3 (Aug. 19-20) - Build Internal Training Capacity – Equip in-house trainers with the tools to teach MI effectively, ensuring ongoing development.
