Where is the event being held?
This evidence-based “PATHWAYS” conference will take place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, 300 Canal Street, New Orleans, Louisiana during April 25-27, 2018 

Which hotels do you recommend?
We recommend that you book your room within our specially negotiated block of rooms. Make sure to use our Code “CMJ” to receive our exclusive negotiated rate. Click on here to book your room in our specially negotiated block of rooms. If our block has expired or has been used up, please call us at the office (770-409-8780) first. Sometimes we have rooms we may be able to pass on to you. Otherwise, we recommend getting a room at the hotel’s going rate or consider the following hotel properties nearby.

Is there transportation from the airport to the hotels?
We do not provide any transportation from the airport to the hotel. We recommend using a taxi service, Uber, or Lyft.

What is the dress code for the Conference?
The dress code is business casual. 

What kind of seating is available for this event. Is it general seating or assigned?
Seating is general at this event. Of special note are the pre-conference workshops. Attendees are required to attend the pre-conference workshop they registered to attend. Each preconference workshop takes place in its individual room. Rooms vary in size and workshop have been assigned based on the number of participants who have signed up to attend the workshop. 

What are the daily start and stop time of the event?
The event will run from 8:30AM until 5:00PM. 

What is the registration cancellation, or attendee substitution policy?
Participants may substitute attendees at any time prior to the start of the program, with no penalty.  If you cancel one month prior to an event, you will receive a refund, less 20% administrative fee. Cancellations after that must be made prior to start of the program. Such cancellations will receive a credit for the full amount toward the registration fee of a future program and the credit must be applied within 1 calendar year of cancellation date. 

What do you get with your registration?
Your registration fee entitles you to admission to all presentations and sessions and includes the event manual, some meals and refreshments breaks each day of the program. Participants are responsible for all other expenses including charges for accommodations, airfare, dinner and all personal expenses.

Is food provided each day?
Continental breakfast and refreshments breaks are provided daily. Lunch will be available for purchase.

Do you offer volume discounts for teams and groups attending the events?
We encourage team attendance. Special discounts are offered for teams of 2 or more. Please check group rates during checkout or call our office at 770-409-8780 to get the most current rate available.

Do you offer early registration discounts and other promotions?
Yes. Our early registration program offers deep discounts off the regular rate. If you wish to take advantage of early registration, please be on the look out for our emails, or contact our office.

We offer discounts to members of the EBO Society (15% OFF). We also offer a special discount to Alums who previously attended Joyfields conferences (10%).

Teams registering as a group also receive significant discounts. To find out what is the best current promotion, please call us to 770-409-8780. One of our team members will be happy to assist you. 

How many tickets do I get as a sponsor?
Sponsors receive 2 registration passes each

Nearly 100 people will be in attendance for this special evidence-based program.
